[OpenID] URGENT Critical Vote needed now!

Do these "direct reminders" go directly do members' email addresses, and
where are they sent from?  My gmail filters pretty much  everything with an
"openid.net" domain into various Opend-related buckets (tags that aren't in
my inbox), and depending on my workload, I may only read OpenID related
information every week or two (sometimes its worse).

Anyway, it's possible that official openid emails are not hitting inboxes on
purpose because many OIDF members do not read OIDF messages every day due to
filters.

Maybe a reason to extend the vote?
