[OpenID] DotNetOpenAuth v3.3 and improved login UX released

Hi Andrew, FWIW, I still see that strange character truncation of my 
OpenID on the UI

you cant see the characters but I did type in 'http' at the start.

The login works, but not seeing what you know you entered is disconcerting

Anybody else?
