[OpenID] Yahoo's "Project Rushmore"

Also curious if this means that Yahoo is closer to becoming an OpenID RP, or
if they're only doing this for the viral/stream aspects... in which case,
once again, we need to take note that identity may not be enough to move the
market forward... we need identity++!
