[OpenID] Mailing List Policies

Ugggh....so I was a bit unclear when I said, "the procedures surrounding how
somebody 'violates the goodwill' of the list community are unclear...".
;)
The document obviously spells out a number of ways a person can violate the
goodwill of the community (cross-posting, not replying inline, long
signatures, etc). What's less tangible (and less clear) are the ways a
person can violate the "Offensensitivity" part. This is the portion I'm
referring to that should be left up to the board.
