[OpenID] Windows Live ID OpenID CTP Status Update (August 2009)

That research had in mind how sites that have a legacy login system
(typically based on usernames or email addresses) can integrate OpenID
with good usability.

A variant of that is to use "Email address or URL:" and have a uni-box
for login.
