[OpenID] OpenID Providers which supports openid.ax.update_url and store_request mode

Dear all,

Could you tell me OpenID Providers which support request fields of
OpenID Attribute Exchange, "update_url" and "store_request" mode ?

Though I found myOpenID OP supported the Attribute Exchange feature and
I could fetch my attribute informations from myOpenID OP,
when I added the "update_url" field against the fetch request,
myOpenID OP seemed to ignore all of the ax requests;
that is, the response from the OP did't include fields related to ax.

And though I also tried the "store_request" mode against the OP,
I couldn't get neither store_response_success or store_response_failure
as a store response.
