[OpenID] Privacy Workshop in Washington DC - August 10

Don Thibeau is presenting at the privacy workshop.

I unfortunately can't afford to get out there for this.

There are two documents linked off of the GSA site that people should  
look at.

This is the first step,  There will be further events and discussions.
I expect this to be a hot topic at the NIST/IDTrust Workshop in  
September.
