[OpenID] Can all Relying Party accept OpenID Provider's

You are right. RP do not care about  the pageviews.I also deny "all RP's
will get additional pageviews every time OpenID is used" . I only means it
is easy for user to access RP. 
If user login in OpenID  provide,the OpenID  provide can show user all RP's
that he have access before ,user can click one of the url of the RP's.and
Browse bring user to the RP.It is good for user too,but < OpenID
Authentication 2.0 - Final >do not include this case.some RP maybe not
support this case.
