This is excellent to hear and I will applaud you guys when you do. ;-)

But ... why not from the beginning? For example, the IPR on the  
specification draft is unclear -- and one of the very reasons why the  
OIDF has a process for exactly that purpose, so IPR is clear from the  
beginning.
