Yeah, but we're talking about a simple lookup of openid to language
attribute. Unless we are saying that all openid attributes are stored
encrypted with some key generated according to your authenticated login.

So if I entered your OpenID and the RP sent me to your OP, your OP 
would recognize that I was an unauthenticated user who *wasn't you* 
as opposed to you but simply not having authenticated yet, and refuse 
to reveal to me what language you preferred to use?
