Allen, thanks for sharing. Interesting results.

However, I'm a bit concerned when I see:

Usability studies must ensure minimal external influence,
but it seems there was a lot here.

It sounds like the test subjects didn't have a comfy
environment, and that would probably affect the results in
quite a negative way.

Perhaps I'm reading more into this than you intended...
