[OpenID] Flux, or "Social Project"

Their blog is especially informative, it seems they're mainly 
focusing on television - monetized areas, anyone? They started just 
over 2 weeks ago but claimed 7.5 million users and over a thousand 
sites when they started - unknowing users (such as the automatic 
OpenID's many users have through AOL and Yahoo) or active supporters? 
If the latter, what values can we claim are widely recognized by 
users?

If any case, I think Flux should be hearing from OpenID people soon, 
that, uh, this "radically different approach" they've taken? It's 
been done before, and they really should consider embracing open 
standards for interoperability.
