[OpenID] SREG 1.x attributes

Yes, SREG was originally written based on studying a few hundred sites
on the web and looking at the fields they had on registration.
Attribute Exchange is designed to be extensible and I imagine we'll
see more and more implementations move to using it versus SREG in the
future. I'd prefer that SREG remain limited if for no reason other
than it's "simple" and to move people to using AX instead.
