Wow... a 1.1-only relying party! I though they were the stuff of legend!
How fortunate we are to discover one in its natural habitat!
Seriously though, it's a shame that IntenseDebate can't deal with OpenID
2.0, since that takes out of the picture all of the "big" providers and
limits them to accepting only niche providers. And because of that,
change.gov can't actually accept the OpenID identifiers that most users
have available to them.
