Now that's what you want! Grassroots popularism;suited to what OpenID CAN YET BE _still_ all about.

I remember the reaction when some of my colleagues did the first white house website in handcrafted HTML, and lots of kids new to the web went all gaga about visiting it (while showing their parents "the internet")  ...following the pet stories in particular. For quite a long time, it was "welcoming" home site, where anyone would and should come visit, as a feel _ welcome_ guest.

(Later it all got beauratik, officious, and somewhat pompous in tone; just another federal govt building, rather than someone's home)
