No.
At least not in a way that respects the intent and design of OpenID.
The whole point of OpenID is to move authentication off-site; authorization
to accessing a user's data should be considered a separate task even if the
flow is unified.
Not that your desire isn't reasonable; it's that we're trying to move *away*
from [untrusted] third parties unnecessarily asking for users' credentials
like passwords.
