[OpenID] wordpress, openid2RP, windows and .NET

I thought I saw someone say that wordpress software is a OpenID2 RP.

Does it have XRI support?

If installed on windows, can an inbound page/handler access the sreg/ax attributes?

Can such a handler invoke a .NET class (or any other similar third-party library)?

Should I assume a page can issue a programmed redirect outside its realm (with the URL bearing a value from a third party library)?
