Yes, if the RP does not request the email. For instance, sites might
provide anonymized services for Google users. The request for email is
visible to the user, so the user will know if the interaction is
really anonymous.

Once you consider that the URL is a never-recycled, persistent user
identifier and moreover add OAuth to the picture, you can imagine many
use cases that open up around anonymous identifiers supported via
OpenID.
