[OpenID] Google OpenID IDP is now live

Correct me if I'm mistaken, but if the RP can always request the user's 
Gmail address, then what's the point of issuing an RP-specific OpenID 
identifier? Can a Gmail user use their Gmail OpenID without sharing 
their email address?
