Yes, this sounds like a great idea, though I think we should try to
whittle this down to a few key issues beforehand so that the session
doesn't just turn into a big brawl.
Some current debates that spring to mind are:
* Should openid.identity be a mailto: URL, or an http: or https: URL
derived from the email address somehow?
* Should discovery from DNS be supported?
* Do we want to make a general email-to-URL mapping solution, or
something specific to OpenID?
I'm thinking that the best way to proceed with this would be to make a
matrix similar to what we did with identifier recycling to try to hash
out both the pros and cons of each possibility for each decision.
