[OpenID] Emails and IIW

Figuring that we should certainly have a working session at IIW around  
using email address style identifiers with OpenID.  I'm happy to  
"lead" it (in terms of making sure it gets up on the board at a sane  
time).  I'll also work on compiling a wiki page where we can try to  
agree on the problem, list assumptions, questions, approaches, etc  
that I can tease out of the ongoing discussion.
