[OpenID] Condensing Some Mailing Lists?

We're just about to kick up activity on user-experience, so I'd ask
that that list be exempted!

The security list seems like a good one to keep around specifically
for security related issues in the OpenID libraries/protocol.

I think part of the problem could be that we don't advertise the lists
well (maybe rename "Discuss" on openid.net with "Community" or
"Mailing Lists"?) and we also don't describe them or provide a charter
for each so it's hard to know where to begin (I'm talking about
http://openid.net/discuss/).

Perhaps there should also be a primary moderator of each list
specified on that page so that we have individuals responsible for the
content and membership of their list and administering/evangelizing
it?
