[OpenID] W3C TAG recommends against XRI

I also think the market should decide.  XRI's handle the recycling issue out
of the box, and there is probably a market segment that finds that
appealing.   Developer complexity (mentioned above) doesn't really wash.
The janrain open source libraries have support xri's for nearly 2 years,
anyone can look at the code.  larry-
