[OpenID] Attribute Exchange size of attributes

Thanks, Prabath.  Dick and I carried the conversation on off the list (I
forgot to hit Reply All), and I came to the same section in the spec that
you just quoted.  I appreciate you volunteering it though.

What is the accepted threshold for switching from GET to POST?  I've heard
3KB as one size suggested. Is that pretty commonly accepted?
