[OpenID] Attribute Exchange size of attributes

It would be nice if the Attribute Exchange extension somehow allowed for a
way to use POST to facilitate large attribute values.  But since we're using
redirects for all communication I don't know how this could happen.  Any
ideas?  Has this been considered already?
