Nat,

I'll check with my handlers to make sure I can allocate that much  
time, but I think they'll see this as a good use of it.  I appreciate  
the background on why there is no existing WG yet, and the offer to  
contribute to the processes.  Hopefully they can reach some convergence.

I've signed up as an ORMS observer for now until I get the okay.
