[OpenID] Use OpenID for Identification

Yes, hongkong skype inbound numbers are popular in the us.

Whem myopenid calls you, signal relays from their voip to skype to your cell carrier to your cell phone's skype applet listening on the phones broadband data plan to an isp, where the phone is set to make a 3 way conference on second line with anyone on a landline speakerphone with a tone generator nearby.

All we have to do now is start another Apple off the proceeds.

I was wondering if there already exists a way in OpenID to transport
this extra piece of information (your phone number is valid, you have
authenticate this request via phone) to the RP? Does myopenid pass this
information already?

BTW: You can get a SkypeIn-Number (chose any VoIP you like) without any
relationship to a country, so claims made on numbers are not very strong :-(
