[OpenID] The problem(s) with OpenID

We should write a FAQ question/answer with all these "problems" most of whom
have already been solved... I mean directly on openid.net/criticism
All RPs makers worried could be reassured by that list and we will show that
we are open and that we can talk about everything,
...
