[OpenID] Improving OpenID Delegation

Hey Steven,
Is this something you see needing to change in the protocol, or just a  
best practice that RPs allow a user to associate multiple OpenIDs with  
their account (like Ma.gnolia does) with the delegate URL being one of  
them?
