[OpenID] Strange MyOpenID in Mexico ?

Hi
We wanted to register the domain name OPENID.ORG.MX (Non Profit
Organization in Mexico) to organize the Mexican community and possible local
chapter

But I surprised to discover on www.openid.org.mx MyOpenID (in Spanish) and
with a false certificate SSL  and a very strange  forwarding URL
utest.magbox.com

Do you know if it is a fake ? maybe a developper from Janrain can answer?
