[OpenID] Clickpass: Making OpenId easier

Are folks going to leverage the fact that the US RSA west coast conference is coming up?

A subscription-based RP is one where the user must subscribe to the (RP) service and be accountable. The term "subscription" is (contrary to its use in general English) a legal term. A subscriber is a person engaging in a specific legal protocol , involving legal record-making and writing-making protocols. In essence, I'm describing those RPs who hold users accountable, legally, via hundreds of years old legal conventions. Its irrelevant whether your id is direct, indirect, or a pseudonym. The veil of contractual privacy can always be ultimately pierced, upon execution of act of 'subscription'. (It was used heavily in the legal theories behind the first few versions of the groundbreaking VeriSign Certificate Practice Statement.)

Now, go talk to an actual lawyer...

In terms of your suggestion, I don't quite understand what you mean by "subscription-based RPs" and quite a few of the other terms you use. It is probably more constructive to meet up and discuss things in person and I am sure we would be happy to work with you.

Thanks,
Immad
