[OpenID] Small Code Port

Hi All-

   I was just pointed to this, and there is a bug report there that says 
it is not v2.0
I would be willing to help to move it... Just extra arms and eyes, 
since neither
Django nor OpenID are technical specialties for me.. However, I cont 
imagine
it will be that hard..
