I wanted to let you all know that we've loaded the OpenID mailing list
archives into MarkMail. You can find them here:
http://openid.markmail.org/
MarkMail is a web site for interacting with email archives. As you can
see with the chart on the home page, one of our goals with the site has
been to focus heavily on analytics. Every query you write gets its own
histogram traffic chart. For example, here's a graph of posts
mentioning sxip (with the option selected to limit to original text, not
counting quote blocks):
http://openid.markmail.org/search/?q=sxip+opt%3Anoquote
Another goal has been interactivity. You can hit "n" and "p" to move to
the next and previous result and "j" and "k" to move up and down the
thread view. Plus if your result message includes Office or PDF files
they're in-line interactive too (click on the attachment filename):

The subdomain you use implicitly limits the messages you search. Thus
http://openid.markmail.org searches only lists with "openid" in their
name. http://markmail.org searches all messages.
From what I can see, the OpenID archives weren't searchable previously.
I'd welcome you to add a "Search OpenID Lists" link at
http://openid.net/discuss/. It's also possible to embed a form or
traffic graph as others have done, see http://netcoolusers.org/Search.
Hope you all find this useful,
-jh-
