[OpenID] Testing AX update_urls

Hi,

Is there a simple way to test AX update_urls from the
RP side? I.E., I have my RP working generally, but I want to
make sure I'm receiving/processing AX updates via the
update_url properly. I see that myopenid.com supports
update_urls, and I tried logging into my RP using my
myopenid.com ID (and verifying that I received the update_url
in response and that I got my initial round of attributes from
the original assertion) and then changing my persona information.
But I've not yet seen any subsequent hits to my update_url with
the new (changed) attribute values. How often does myopenid
send out attribute changes?

Is there a more direct way that I could test this
functionality?
