[OpenID] Attribute Exchange code sample

Hi there,

I have been playing with the Janrain 2.1.1 consumer and server demo and found that there is no example on how to use the Attribute Exchange Extension. Could someone maybe provide a code snippet (php at best) that demonstrates how a consumer sends a simple store and fetch request for any attribute, and how a server would answer to this?
Probably it is trivial, but I am kind of stuck in the documentation :(
