[OpenID] Bug in dev.inames.net login

Does anyone here own dev.inames.net?  I can't log in with =arnott or
blog.nerdbank.net.  Most other RPs have no problem with it.

In reproing the problem just now, I noticed that dev.inames.net (apparently
randomly) chose 1id.com to authenticate me, which worked.  But most of the
time it chooses myopenid.com (as it should given my priority ratings) and
when it does it always returns this error:

Warning: No HTTP code returned in
/usr/local/lib/php/Services/Yadis/ParanoidHTTPFetcher.php on line 154
Verification of the OpenID URL failed.

Any idea why?  I can't find any "contact us" page on the site to report this
problem.
