If you haven't seen the blog posts yet, yesterday in Tokyo the OpenID  
Foundation along with eleven technology companies in Japan announced  
the formation of a Japanese chapter of the OpenID Foundation.  More at http://openid.net/2008/02/28/openid_foundation_local_chapters/
