Current scheme is such that people trust anybody, or white list.

This "Trust" issue has been a topic for the past months and I am putting forward a spec work group for this issue in a couple of weeks.

You can look at something like http://myidproject.net/?OpenIDReputationService and http://myidproject.net/?OpenIDTrustedDataExchange . These are actually the initial document for OASIS Open ORMS TC (Open Reputation Management System Techinical Committee) as well.

Hi all,
I'm a newbie bitten by openid bug. I was just wondering that how a
website using openid service (let's say magnolia) trust a openid
service provider (say verisign)?
Is there any trust relationship that both need to have beforehand? If
not, then why not?
