[OpenID] Board membership limited?

Coming also from the XDI Board I can perceive Nat comments as very
important!!!.

The essence of OpenID is not just about technology, but about empowering the
person (person-centric), and of course also about technology.

If this essence is not reflected in the Board taxonomy, it will probably not
perdure.

There is a natural conflict of interest between humans and Corporations
(also Governments and NGO´s....) regarding their digital rights (virtual
personality).

This conflict of interest will be resolved in the Supreme Courts and
Congresses, however the OpenID Board is also a strategic and important place
relate with this conflict of interest, and now is the moment to address
those issues, by action or omission of action (for example, by defining or
not how much Board representation will have people/humans/persons).

Some good news is that Corporations like Google are very supportive on
digital human right´s, with strong messages like* don´t do evil*.

Probably the ideal situation will be that *Corporations may compete on how
much they support digital human rights, as a main value added,* and *the
OpenID Board can be an enzyme helping generate this virtuous process.*

So besides Nat comments I have the following questions if anyone can answer:

1. How many board members will represent humans? (end users and not
Corporations, NGO´s, or Governments)
2. What actions can take the OpenID Board to preserve in the future his
human-centric vision and development?

Thank´s in advance for anyone and everyone interest on this issues.

Best regards,
