[OpenID] Press Release

Hi all

Do the new IPR policy and process documents implicitly cover
participating on the @openid.net mailing lists? That is, is anything
discussed on the lists considered covered by the docs?

Not to be difficult about it, but I've asked a few time over the last
month and not seen an answer. Did I miss it? It would help a lot
to know what can be said here, and with what IP expectations.

Thanks,
Hans

PS. I spot "missing reference" in the doc, for example 3.1, first
paragraph.
