[OpenID] openid and xpointer

can a delegate Openid in an XRD be:

http://www.example.org/file.xml#xpointer(id('calendar'))

if not, presumably the following (after any appropriate URL encoding) is well-formed

http://example.com/?redirect= <http://example.com/?redirect=http://www.example.org/file.xml#xpointer(id('calendar'> http://www.example.org/file.xml#xpointer(id('calendar'))

If one a delegate openid is the result of using the "URI" binding of SAML2, again I assume there is no problem in principle.
