[OpenID] BBC acts as OpenID provider. wikipedia says so.

I hear that Wikipedia is edited by a bunch of amateurs. ;)
Seriously though, BBC has talked about supporting OpenID for sure, but as
for whether it's turned on yet, I think that's not entirely true. We know
that the BBC has joined the foundation, but nothing about joining the
foundation binds an organization to implementing OpenID.

I think this needs to be edited out of the wikipedia entry.
