[OpenID] wiki.openid.net is now set up

This is great. But I have two pieces of feedback:

   1. In just roaming the site, I had to log in at least 3 times. It wasn't
   storing my cookie or something.
   2. The 'my account' page appears to not let me enter a new email address
without typing in my 'current password', although I logged in exclusively
with OpenID and have no password.
