[OpenID] [OpenID board] wiki.openid.net is now set up

...and then report back to us!

Given that we couldn't use OpenID at all to sign in to the old wiki, I hope
that you at least see the ability to use an OpenID to sign in to the PBWiki
as a step forward.

I await your findings.
