Peter,
I am not sure I follow that legalese.
I though that this was the purpose of working things through the OIDF.
As an example, I do receive funds from US government agencies to
demonstrate OpenID technology and how it can apply to a service
oriented architecture for the REST of us :).
What else do you want me to do?
