[OpenID] More on the Visa analogy

Please endeavor to get adopted a rule that any non sstaining member representative/employee or his/her employer must here disclose soliciting  or receiving funds form us government agencies, for projects involving openid technology. In paticular, folks must - irrespective of bid or other confidentiality rules - disclose if openid/websso patent claims or filings ever become material to any business they are involved in bidding or transacting. Since that may present legal conflict, folks should be given the opportunity to alternatively resign on the grounds of conflict of interest.

This election has been rather useful for me so far already. I'm
learning stuff, because your questions force us board candidates to
