David was referring to the CA certs that are supplied with that
operating system, which happens to be what openid.net runs on.
What exactly are you asking for here? Are you asking for the OIDF
membership site to allow arbitrary certs from any CA? If you've got a
specific suggestion then I'd be happy to hear it.
