The CAs most likely shipped with Debian are derived from the Mozilla NSS
module, hence the StartCom CA is supported apparently by default.
Actually Curl removed the CA list shipped by default and instead provide
now a tool to extract the list from NSS. I guess that what most distro's
do these days anyway.
