We can simply make pages with the traditional underscore names that
textually redirect to the new location. We can tag these pages as "redirect"
in case PBWiki ever provides an automated mechanism for doing redirects.
CamelCase also is not natively supported in PBWiki. Turns out regular humans
find such formatted text somewhat illegible.
