[OpenID] The Wiki

I think I managed to make a page that used underscores instead.  I see  
no problem with moving to hyphens, but if we can make the old URLs  
still work (even if their just an empty PBWiki page with a redirect to  
the new hyphen page) then that would be a good thing.
